I ship anywhere in the world, except to the USA and Russia because of postal restrictions. With my flat shipping rate you can order as many books as you like: the shipping price stays the same.
Delivery times
I ship orders about twice a week.
Netherlands: usually within a few days. Need it fast? Just let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Within the EU: from a few days up to 14 days.
Outside the EU: around three weeks, depending on where you live.
In any case, your order is delivered within 30 days. If it takes longer, you may cancel your order free of charge and I refund your payment within 14 days. Don't hesitate to contact me if you think your order is late.
Damaged or lost packages
I pack everything with great care. If your order still arrives damaged or gets lost on the way, I'll replace it or refund you. Please get in touch right away and keep the original packaging and all contents, as I may need photos to file a claim with the postal service.
Customs and taxes
If your order is delivered outside the European Union, you may have to pay import duties, taxes or handling fees in your country. These are not included in the price.
Changed your mind, or not what you expected? You can cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
Let me know within 14 days after you received your order. Use the withdrawal button [link or location], or email jankobosch@pm.me with your name, address, order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form in the [Terms & Conditions].
Send the items back within 14 days after letting me know, to Janko Bosch Photography, Johan Kerkmeijerstraat 9, 1624 PL Hoorn, The Netherlands.
Pack them well. The items are your responsibility during the return shipment, so please pack them carefully, if possible in the original packaging, and send me the tracking number.
Shipping from outside the EU? Mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. I can't cover charges imposed by customs on returned packages.
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless we agree otherwise.
I refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days after you let me know you're returning. I may wait with the refund until I've received the items or you've shown proof that you sent them.
The refund goes to the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
You may look through a book as you would in a shop. If an item is damaged or used beyond that, I may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Items made to your personal specifications, such as a print in a custom size or framed or with a personal dedication, can't be returned unless they are defective.
